There is no yoga student who does not want to improve their asanas.
Even if they do not think that asana are the purpose of yoga, there is no yoga student who thinks that it is okay if they do not improve their asana at all.
If you keep doing an asana over and over again in hopes of improving it, you will not improve it, and you may even end up injuring yourself.
So, what should we do to improve our asana? That is the preparation for the asana called Sukshma Vyayama, which is practiced in India.
The Vision of Asana returns for a series of four sessions in 2026 for asana lovers, lecture lovers, and yoga lovers, with not only asana practice, but also the origin of the asana's name and a story about the asana that only Master Sudhakar can tell!
This course is ideal not only for yoga beginners, but also for those who want to properly understand their own bodies and for instructors who teach yoga to yoga beginners.
