This is the 7th part of Senior Yoga TTC and a new series, Asana Therapy, which teaches the relationship with asana, teaching methods, and adjustment methods to those who have carefully and enthusiastically advanced in the Senior Yoga TTC.
In this 3-day course, you will learn how to teach not only senior yoga classes but also general yoga classes, so that you can fully experience the original benefits of asana through adjustments.
This 3-day course builds on the learning from Senior Yoga TTC Part 6 and specializes in asana teaching methods from a therapeutic perspective.
Senior Yoga TTC Asana Therapy is also open to re-enrollment students who have progressed to Part 6, except for the team. (Please note that this is subject to Master Sudhakar's approval.)
