The first "Vision of Yoga" yoga teacher training course launched in Japan in 2012. The course has since been full every year with a waiting list, and more than half of the students return the following year to take the course again and again.
He is nicknamed the genius of flow because of his creative flow, which is said to have never been repeated in the same class since he started teaching in Hong Kong. He has been overwhelmingly supported by the "wisdom of India" and the "essence of yoga" of a yoga master who has lived with yoga for half his life in India, the birthplace of yoga.
Master Sudhakar's flow and stories from India will help you understand that the asanas we do in yoga class are only a small part of the Ashtanga Yoga Eight Limbs of Yoga.
In this course, students will be able to overturn their stereotypes of yoga and build their foundation and foundations of yoga through the traditional Indian approach of close individualized instruction, as if they were in an Indian ashram while still in Japan.
